Uminari Taiko Fundraising Workshops

Come hit the drum! Learn the art of Japanese drumming and raise money for a good cause!

As part of the Victoria Nikkei Cultural Society’s fundraising efforts for the people of Japan, members of Uminari Taiko will be facilitating introductory taiko workshops Saturday, March 19, 2011 to raise money for the Red Cross. Workshops will run from 1:30pm to 4:00pm and 4:30pm to 7:00pm at Euro Studios, 1821 Cook St., 3F, March 19.

Suggested donations are $25 for students, $35 for all others with cheques payable to the Red Cross Japan Earthquake/ Asia-Pacific Tsunami Fund.
