The Victoria Nikkei Cultural Society welcomes new members throughout each year. Membership fees help to fund Japanese cultural events (e.g.: Mochi-Tsuki Kai, Obon Matsuri and the Fall Fair), the Victoria NIKKEI FORUM Newsletter as well as supporting the VNCS grant program.
The VNCS offers individual membership ($10) and family membership ($15) options, which can be paid for online (requires account creation), at most VNCS events, or by mail.

The membership fee is subject to change each year.
The membership fee is not refundable upon membership termination.
You can now create/renew your VNCS membership completely online and pay via PayPal, eTransfer, or by Cheque. Once you complete/update your information, you will be given the option of how to pay. If you select PayPal, you will be sent over to PayPal and returned once the payment completes and your membership will be active/renewed.
If you select eTransfer or Cheque, your membership will be in a “pending” state until we recieve payment. Once confirmed the Membership team will set your membership to active/renewed.
