Classic Vehicle Coordinator

Time commitment leading up to Fair: 1hrs/month
Time commitment on Fair Day: 10hrs
Duration: April through August (15hrs in total)
Duties
- Understand how car events work.
- Assess how many cars we can fit into the fair.
- Reach out to folks and coordinate which cars will be coming to the fair
- Communicate via email with car presenters to ensure attendance and confirm scheduling.
- Use Excel to track attendees and allocate time slots for each person to arrive and leave.
- Meet car owners on the day of the fair and slot in on the field.
- Liaison with car owners throughout the day.
